📦 Order Processing

    •    All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted (like during sales or holidays).

    •    Pre-order items will ship between the dates listed in the product description.

    •    You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking info once your package ships.


🚚 Shipping Timeframes

    •    U.S. Shipping Only at this time.

    •    Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is processed.

    •    We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


✏️ Address Issues


Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


💌 Tracking Your Order


Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your package is scanned by the carrier.


📮 Lost or Stolen Packages


If your tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package:

    •    Check with neighbors or your local post office first.

    •    If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS.

    •    Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages, as we are not responsible once the package is marked as delivered.
